Service Description

Freely Move® Class- We focus on learning how to move through each skill with safety as a priority. We focus on learning how to be respectful, responsible, honest, and confident through each skill. We are mindful of keeping ourselves safe while moving through learning. Movement is key to gaining strength, flexibility, and mobility.
